This competition is held by the Student Association of Informatics Study Program, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta for active students in SMK/SMA equivalent.
Theme : “Robotics and System Design based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) / IOT (Internet Of Things)”

Teams of 5 People (for Robotic)
Teams of 2 Persons (for Design)
->General Terms
- Participants are all students and active students in their respective schools/universities by showing their student cards or showing the identity cards of each participant.
- Participants must fill out the registration form listed on the pamphlet to enter the group that has been created by the committee.
- If you have registered and are not present at the Technical Meeting, you will be disqualified.
- The submitted work is the result of your own work and does not contain plagiarism in it (proven by a statement of originality listed in the manual).
- Each team will be accompanied by a person in charge from the committee.
- Each representative from the team will enter the telegram group that has been provided by the committee.
- Each team that attends the Technical meeting is represented by a team member. (Technical Meetings are conducted online)
- When there is no representative from the Technical Meeting, the registration fee cannot be returned.
- For participants who are late during the implementation time, they will be subject to sanctions, namely point reduction.
- All provisions stated in the manual cannot be contested.
- Already registered team members cannot be changed or replaced.
->special provisions for robotics
- The work must be original.
- Robotic works that are contested contain elements that facilitate human activities.
- Participants present their work on the day of the competition and the work must be run.
- Participants make videos containing the process of making robots that are contested and must match the photos of the team members who register.
Video Terms:
- Free-length videos
- Video format is .mp4
- Minimum resolution of 480p.
- Include the logo of each university.
- It is allowed to add background sound/backsound, if the backsound is copyrighted, it is obligatory to state the owner of the work.
- Participants are required to wear appropriate clothing when shooting the video.
- The collection of videos is collected into google drive which has been provided by each team with the file name format: “UniversityName_RIC2022”.

- Presenting the work directly on the day of the competition
- Collection of journals into Google Drive each in pdf form with the file name format “SchoolName_IJIC2022”
- The submitted work is in the form of a journal
